[HANASHIR:12216] Sukkot Song

Dear Friends,
   I was in Birmingham for Yom Kippur and, while visiting a friend, heard her 
young daughter singing a lovely Sukkot song.  She told me that she learned it 
in Day School and Sunday School.  I asked her to write the words so that I 
could try to find the source.  I am preparing music for our Synagogue Sukkot 
Retreat next weekend.  If anyone recognizes the following lyrics, please help 
me find this song.  It also has a Hebrew part. I would love to teach it this 
weekend.
      A land of wheat and golden barley,
      Grape vines and figs and pomegranates
      Flowing with olive oil and date honey
      That is the blessing of our land.
