The Sukkot song Meris was referring to is Sally Heckelman's "Sittin' In Our 
Sukkah" from Sally's recording, "Tap Your Feet To A Jewish Beat."

I've had success at Sukkot sing-alongs using parody songs, including "Under 
The Sukkah/Under The Boardwalk" (Julie Silver), "If I Had A Sukkah/If I Had 
A Hammer" (Karen Daniel), "Why Must I Wave My Etrog and Lulav?/Why Must I Be 
A Teenager In Love?" (anonymous, ed. by Jeff Klepper), and the "Sukkot Hokey 
Pokey" to which Meris also referred:

You hang an apple here,
You hang a cornstalk there,
You make a paper chain
And you string it through the air.
You build a little sukkah
Then you eat a lovely meal,
Sukkot's a real cool deal, hey!

You take the lulav here,
You take the etrog there,
You put them together
And you shake them in the air.
You say a little bracha
And you pray to God above,
That's n'tillat lulav, hey!

This is going to sound crazy because I can't remember.... but I think
the name of the tape is "Sally and the Daffodills" and there's a
wonderful succot song on there.  All generations love it and it's an
"instant catch - on" which you MUST get.
"Sittin' in My Sukkah."
Sittin' in my sukkah, all night long.......
Waitin' for the stars to come out........
The words to the verses are wonderful, explain the holiday and a very
informative but fun way.  I hope someone knows more about where to find
this.  It was given to me by Sally's mother, Devorah Heckelman.
