[HANASHIR:12189] wine story

Dear Songleaders & Storytellers

Can anyone help me locate a resource/full version of a story? A visitor comes 
to a town and is deeply impressed with its wonderful wine. The citizens 
publicly agree to give him a barrel of it but everyone donates water instead. I 
can't ember the ending or the consequence. Thanks for your help.
