L'shanah Tovah to all of you and yours! It has been a joy reading in on and 
sometimes contributing to the hanashir listserve.

If you would kindly indulge me in a little shameless self-promotion before the 
New Year ... 

Many of you at HN '02 heard my performance and/or recording of "Lo Yisa Goi", a 
song for peace co-written with Cantor Jordan Franzel and inspired by the 
terrorist attacks on 9/11. It warmed my heart that the song was received so 
wonderfully there. As we near the first anniversary of that tragic day, it 
would be my pleasure to send anyone interested a sound file of the song or 
(hopefully openable!) sheet music.

Here's to a better 5763.
