[HANASHIR:12011] Re: Film needed

The student rabbi we had 2 years ago did that. he brought the jazz
singer. The one with Neil Diamond. Only about 4 families stayed for
it. Which isn't bad that is 1/5 of the congregation.
mostly people who lived to far to go home in between services stayed.
Other years we just sat around tables and talked sometimes having a
topic sometimes not.

It is our custom, at the afternoon break of Yom Kippur from
12:30-4:00 P.M. to show a film and have a discussion. This is for
those who want to stay in shull all day and not go home.

Films like "A Price Above Rubies" and Yentel have been seen so far
and received well.

We are looking for ideas for another film we can rent from a film
rental store or the like. Any suggestions are appreciated.
