[HANASHIR:11898] Who wrote Sim Shalom and Uf'ros Aleinu?

Do you know who wrote these songs I sing at services? I learned them from an
Israeli cantor who doesn't know the source. He thinks Sim Shalom may have
come out of the Chasidic festival 20 or so years ago. I've had the music
transcribed but is there sheet music available for these songs?

Thank you,
