and your blessing flows through me.

NB: Rabbi Gold is very insistent that "blessing" is singular!  

She also composed a marvelous alternative Birkat Hamazon that more closely 
mirrors the four-part blessing structure of the traditional text, including 
passages with repeated "harahaman"s. It is available in "Nashir Unevareh" and 
the accompanying bencher from Reconstructionist Press, 877-JRF-PUBS.
