[HANASHIR:11778] Jonathan/songleader?

I know this is a real stretch, but does anyone know a songleader from 
California named Jonathan? He was a camp songleader from the sister camp to
Swig. Shira Kline learned a song from him that Rick Lupert taught at HN this
year and I'd like to find out who wrote the song. Thanks!

The chorus of the song goes something like
this......"Hall-le-le-la-le-la-le-lay-lu-jah,
Hall-le-le-lah-le-lay-lu-jah......"

The first verse is "Shake the hand of somebody next to you, shake their hand
and say shalom, shake the hand of somebody next to you, shake their hand and
say-ay-ay, Hallelujah."
