Shabbat Mincha does has a unique nusach, however there are some prayers that 
us the weekday mode.  

Both the Spiro and Urstein books are EXCELLENT resources with regard to 
nusach.  The Cantors Assembly (www.cantors.org) has them available for 
purchase.  BTW, there are Spiro books for the Preliminary service for Shabbat 
and Festivals, Shabbat Morning, Shalosh Regalim, Weekday and High Holidays.  
In addition to the music books, cassette tapes are available for an 
additional charge.
