Mr. Krush:

The community would expect the cantor to  act as Cantor and lead the 
congregation in prayer and song, and to play guitar as part of the service.  
I personally am looking for someone who is more interested in leading the 
congregation in song, than in solo hazanut.

In addition, Torah reading and haftorah reading along with me is required.

Hope that this clarifies the issue.

Let me know if we should keep you in mind for this.
