How many tiny Torahs do you have?  We have one, and store it in the "Big" ark
along with the rest of the Torahs.  Then, during Torah for Tots, we take out the
little Torah right from the Ark.  The kids love it that their Torah is right
there along with the rest of the "Big" Torahs.  I don't know the way your Ark is
made, but, is there any way to have a shelf built right in the Ark for the Tiny
Torahs?
