When I sang with Zamir Chorale  of New York in the late 70's we did a 
fabulous piece by David Burger (who writes some gorgeous stuff)  - it was 
Hatikvah, but was done with the original words as mentioned in previous posts 
(hatikvah hanoshana, etc.)  That was the first time I had heard the "other" 
words to hatikvah...there were also more words in the middle of it "shim'u 
achai....don't remember all of them" does someone out there know how to get 
hold of David Burger or his music?
