Sh'ma B'ni by Doug Cotler and Craig Taubman is one of my personal favorites
for a baby blessing.  Also, my Shema Lullaby is appropriate.  There are also
a number of wonderful choices in the ACC Cantor's Lifecycle Manual
including:

B'ni & Biti by Michael Isaacson
Hayaldah Haot by Aminadav Aloni
