HI y'all,

And it was written in the Book of Kvetch:  "There was a songleaders 
conference in Wisconsin.  Much harmonizing, many people.  And the very first 
Shireinu.  But the people said, "Hey, could you please put in the guitar 
chords."   And soon they did.  And it was good.

Years later they whined again, "Well, yeah, the words and chords are good, 
but what I really need is the melody line notated."  And so they put out the 
new Shireinu with words, chords and ...a melody line.  And it was good.  
Heck, it was better.

I ordered mine and it is in a word...wonderful.  It almost eases the pain of 
not being able to come to Hava this year.  I'm going to miss you all and the 
annual recharge of my Jewish musical battery.

An early happy Purim to everyone.   Eat a hamantaschen.
