The most beautiful Ma'ariv Aravim I've heard is from Noam Katz.  You
can find on his Rakia CD:

Noam was/is the current songleader at Kutz Camp.  His Rakia is one of
my favorite CD's.  This is a great tune for a prayer that's otherwise
just spoken.
