There's a very nice collection called 'Shiron L'Shalom - A Sourcebook of 
Jewish Songs for Peace Education.'  Edited by Ann Carol Abrams and Lucy Joan 
Sollogub, published  1986 by Jewish Educators for Social Responsibility - 
Brookline, Mass.  Most of the selections are well-known, but the choices are 
good ones.  The book also has a discography and a list of other songbooks 
featuring the book's artists.
