Yes - I purchased a copy used at an ACC convetion. Maybe Broder's books has it. 
It is very good, lots of biographical detail about composers etc. The material 
is dated (I don't have my copy with me with the pub date). And, other than the 
existence of many of his works being in wide use, I have no context into which 
to place the accuracy of his information. Maybe someone with a more scholarly 
bent on this list knows. But I work from the premise that it's reliable.
