[HANASHIR:10844] RE: Jewish Calendar for Palm OS Handheld

I have Luach and find it quite useful.

One can also get the Luach software as part of Penticon's Hebrew +
support for the Palm. It enables you to read and write Hebrew text
(right to left) on a Palm. If one then adds a good reader like TealDoc,
which supports Penticon's Hebrew+, one can then download a myriad of
files from Brachot, Siddur, Torah, Tanakh and more. As long as one can
fluently read the Hebrew without nikkudot, one can daven from one's
Palm--Just not on Shabbat!)

FYI, the best sites for Palm-cased Hebrew and Judaica on the web are
www.pilotyid.com and www.penticom.com
