Guide My Steps was written by Debra Winston and the Ufros Aleinu was written by 
Julie Silver.  They appear in the new UAHC Healing Music book -- a must-have.  
I had the pleasure of meeting Debra at last year's Mifgash Musicale.  She is a 
talented singer and a dedicated cantorial intern.

I taught Guide My Steps at last year's s'lichot pre-service workshop.  It was a 
hit.  I love it because it is so simple while expressing something profound.

  If there's anyone out there who went to Hava Nashira a few years ago, you 
might remember that during the Kabbalat Shabbat service, Debbie Friedman led a 
slow version of Ufros Aleinu with overlapping words of "O Guide my steps and 
help me find my way....". 

  Does anyone know who wrote that and where I might find the words and music?
