To reiterate:

No virus containing messages are coming through the list itself.

The virus programming is simply borrowing an existing message and header
that it found in Shirona's e-mail application to use to promulgate its
spawn. Do NOT go by the SUBJECT field, only the FROM: field. The fact
that the subject field contains "[HANASHIR:xxxx]" does not mean the
message came from the list itself.
