In general, look out and scan any suspicious emails with attachments.  Be 
sure to turn off previewing if you use outlook.  If you can switch to 
Eudora -- do -- it doesn't preview in the same way that outlook does and so 
you aren't AS susceptible if you use Eudora.

Norton Antivirus is the best (IMHO) for finding the demons... but I 
detected an email virus today with my eyes -- it had a .scr extension.  I 
nearly opened it (which would have been BAD), but I was suspicious because 
the email was too... surprising.  I used Norton's quarantine and submission 
utilities to verify that it was the latest virus....
