[HANASHIR:10322] Any Ritual directors out there?

Is anyone on the list serving a congregation as Ritual Director (full time)?  
I'm in that contract negotiation time, and would love to converse with any 
other Rit. Directors on the list.  Functionally, I run the Bar mitz program 
(80+ per year), teach music to all Hebrew grades, teach tefilah, do adult ed, 
teach davening/nusach and cantillation skills to lay people, run the Torah 
reading program, lead the occasional service, run a junior congregation, etc. 
 It's always good to touch base with others who do the same, share 
information, etc.
