Hello Chevre,
As promised, Transcontinental Music Publications is proud to offer the
Hanashir listserv subscribers first shot at ordering our new book, The
Complete Shireinu, at a special pre-publication price.
The Complete Shireinu is the 3rd volume in the Shireinu series (I. Songbook
- words only, II. Chordster - words and chords), and features 350 FULLY
NOTATED Jewish Songs, all the Jewish content from the first 2 volumes. Each
song has been carefully edited and typeset and features a full translation
and Hebrew. The Complete Shireinu also features all the songs on our hit CD
Ruach 5761/2001. The book has been bound in strong double-wire spiral
binding, perfect for staying open on tables, podiums or music stands.
Many of you have contacted us regarding this publication and have been
eagerly anticipating its release. So many emails on Hanashir have inquired
as to "Where do I find..." a particular song in notated form. The
overwhelming majority of those songs are found in The Complete Shireinu.
This collection opens doors to those with limited camp/group singing
experience and those who haven't learned some of the songs in the Shireinu
series. Cantors, Cantorial Soloists, singing Rabbis, songleaders, music
teachers and others will greatly benefit from this collection in their
library.
The retail price of The Complete Shireinu will be $59.95. We are offering a
PRE-PUBLICATION SPECIAL at $48.00 (plus shipping) to the Hanashir community
first. The book will be available to ship by mid-December! We are very proud
of this publication and look forward to seeing it become as much a part of
Jewish music as the Songbook and Chordster have.
To pre-order or for any questions, please call our order line at
800.455.5223, NY call 212.650.4101 or fax 212.650.4109. Thank you!
