[HANASHIR:10219] Re: L'cha Dodi pronunciation

I'm curious to know why the discrepancy in pronuciation between 
biblical and modern Hebrew.  Obviously, there were changes made 
to "update" the language; there was obviously no word for bulldozer 
in ancient times, but some of the little changes we see evident in 
the L'cha Dodi don't make much sense to me.
