[HANASHIR:10107] contract renewal

Am I correct that February is generally the time for contract renewal for 
cantors or cantorial soloists?  My contract does not specify a timeline for 
signing, and I would like to suggest one that is "in sync" with other 
congregations who are planning for the following High Holy Days.
