[HANASHIR:10055] What scale is this?

I am learning to daven Shabbos Musaf (by ear).  I have no idea if what I am
learning is specific to my shul (or even just the person I am emulating).
I love the melody, motif, scale etc.

Finally I decided if I notated a bit of it, it'd be easier to learn.  At
that point I discovered that it's a scale that I don't know.  (Which is
easy -- I only know the major and minor scales).

In the key of C the accidentals are: Db, Ab, and Bb.  It's as if it were a
C-minor scale, except that instead of the Eb there is a Db.

So, nu?, musical theorists here: is there a name for this scale?
