[HANASHIR:10026] Womack Bat Mitzvah song?

I heard the mother of a bat mitzvah sing a song to her daughter on the bimah 
this last Shabbat and the words were very touching and appropriate.  She did it 
from memory and couldn't tell me the exact title of the song, only that it was 
recorded by (help me here, I can't remember the singer's first name) Womack, 
who, I think is a country singer.  The chorus had something like "when there is 
a choice to dance or not to dance, then dance."  I would like to find the music 
but am not sure of the title or artist or songwriter. Does this ring any bells 
for anyone?
