Speaking as a person who is trying to learn guitar by looking at the pictures 
in my "Mel Bay Guitar" book - I'd love a video that would explain things like 
strumming & playing by ear.  Frankly though, I don't think that human fingers 
were meant to go into some of those positions! ;-)
