Rachelle,
On the three Pilgrim festivals or Shalosh Regalim of Shavuot, Sukkot, and 
Pesach, you should be singing the Festival Kiddush.  It differs greatly from 
the Shabbat Kiddush melody.  You can find a copy of it in Zamru Lo for 
Holidays, or in a small songbook on Sukkot and Simchat Torah put out by Tara 
music.  The Kiddush also differs for the High Holydays as well.
