I bought my copy of Rise Up Singing from Amazon.com a couple years ago... May 
I recommend the spiral-bound edition -- it stays open and you can turn the 
cover back, unlike conventional bookbinding...  by the way, I have been told 
that there are quite a few mistakes in the words of a lot of the songs, so I 
try to use the book as a "cheat sheet" and not the end-all and be-all of 
sources for lyrics... Also, of course, the guitar chords are very simplified, 
but it's enough to get the general idea of the songs... after all, it would 
be hard to make a 1200-song booklet that easily fits in one's gig bag if they 
printed up all of the music!!!
