Rabbi Joe Black has a "rock" song called "Build a Sukka" which is a lot of fun. 
I've also used Jeff Klepper's Ha-poreis Succat Shalom, from the prayer 
Hashkiveinu. It's not a Sukkot song per se, but it works with the shelter theme.
Peter and Ellen Allard also have a lovely sukkot song on their CD.
