And, on a very discouraging note - more in line with accounting software - one 
congregation suffered over a million dollars in losses when their 
administrator/director knew way too much about the software and was able to 
manipulate it to his benefit.

Be sure you have plenty of people involved and not let one guru be your guide - 
it seems comforting at first, but there are simple and complex dangers.
