Baltimore's Bibelot bookstore chain is going out of business (a long, sad
story). Last weekend, all hardbacks were $10 (there was a stack of Harry
Potter & the Goblet of Fire practically to the ceiling but by the end of the
weekend, only 20 were left),
all paperbacks $5 and all audio $4 plus tax. I spent ALOT!
I purchased the following for $4.20 each.
Latkes & Hamentashen by Fran Avni (2 cassettes & 1 CD)
Just in Time for Chanukah by Merge Rosenthal & Ilene Safyan (1 cassette)
The Chanukah Story, narrated by Theodore Bikel, sung by the Western Wind, by
Rabbi Gerald Skolnick (1 casette)
A Taste of Chanukah featuring Theodore Bikel & Hankus Netsky (1 casette)
The Joy of Chanukah by Pacific pops Orchestra & New Horizon Singers (1 CD)
The Friends of Natasha IN HEBREW (1 CD)
U.S. Snail should cost between $1 and $2 per casette or CD. If you are
interested in getting any of these by reimbursing me for the purchase & mail
cost, e-mail me privately.
