Finale 2001 works with scanned music, microphone-to-score entry, MIDI input, 
and it also has web-posting capability.  I haven't worked with it, but there 
are descriptions of if online.  If you work with a Mac, you can check out the 
description of Finale 2001 at www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/finale_mac/    Or 
just do a search for Coda Music Technology, which makes Finale.

I have been using Finale Printmusic, a very user-friendly, simplified version 
of Finale.
