Larry  - United Synagogue has the IMUN program which does the same kind of 
thing. Not sure if they would share resources. The Spiro books have solid music 
throughout (tapes accompany them) - available from jewishmusic.com (tara 
publications). The book Synagogue Survival Skills (or is Kit?) is a great book. 
I also think the United Synagogue Men's Clubs have info - I know they do with 
the focus on tallit/tefillin - not sure what else - but are certainly promoting 
minyan participation.
