Kabbalat Panim became a wonderful moment at Hava Nashira this year....it gave 
us all a chance to recognize the many positive moments in people's lives just 
as we say Mi Shebeyrach and kaddish for the sad and difficult times.

Please know that we intend to institute this as part of the HN listserve on 
Rosh Chodesh each month.  So please reserve Rosh Chodesh for the good and 
wonderful things that have happened to you and yours during the previous 
month or that are coming up next.

For example....one that is bittersweet for all of us but wonderful for 
her....Zena Singer, whom you have all come to know, will be leaving our staff 
next week to take a new position as Temple Administrator for Congregation Or 
Shalom in Vernon Hills, IL.  It is wonderful for her and presents terrific 
new challenges.  We will certainly miss her as the voice on the other end.  

On Rosh Chodesh, limit your notes to good things happening.!!!!
