I have ordered a lot online. My general recommendation is to comparison shop 
for what you want and read reviews and comments.  I often go to 
pricegrabber.com to compare prices. here are some other web sites I like. If 
you buy a name product, then usually there is a manufacturer's warrenty. Once 
you find what you want, try a name brand store like circuit city to see if 
they have the merchandise. Sometimes you can do better online than if you 
went to the malls. Also try a general search for what you want. Shipping 
varies, but often there is no sales tax, so you can find a happy medium. Here
