"Biti" was co-written by the rabbi of the congregation I serve, Kerry Baker.
It is all in Hebrew and is a beautiful song.
One of my favorites, which combines Hebrew and English, as you requested, is
Sam Glaser's "Blessings," (from "Across the River" - you can get sheet music
at samglaser (at) aol(dot)com) From "Kol Bamidbar" you can find Glaser's "Bat
Mitzvah Song."
Debbie Friedman's "Lechi Lach" contains both English and Hebrew, as well.
"Lechi Lach" is also in Manginot.
Just a couple of quick ones off the top of my head....
