Here's a variation on Emily's BINGO song for Purim...
There was a very evil man
And HAMAN was his name-o,
H-A-M-A-N (3X)
And HAMAN was his name-o.
As you start to leave out letters, have the kids (preschool through early
elementary) make noise with groggers rather than clapping. I've done this
with a visual -- a large sign that spells "HAMAN" and, starting with the H,
one by one I cover each letter with a picture of a grogger. I point to the
picture or the letter as we sing so nonreaders can join in. The sound level
grows and, by the last verse, the name is entirely covered visually and also
drowned out with sound. Fun and effective.
(BTW, I don't know the source of these BINGO parody words.)
