Cantillation Materials:
Avraham W. Binder's book "Biblical Chant" is very complete.  I think it's
available thru transcontinental, but I'm not sure.
In addition, Pinhas Spiro's "Haftarah Chanting" is good too.  Call the
Cantor's Assembly office in NY for a copy.
Both of the above teach with printed music, Spiro's is the best for
Haftarah, Binder has Torah trope and cantillation for the megillot, etc.  I
don't know about accompaniment tapes.
Cantor Josee Wolff of the UAHC Synagogue Music Commission has put out a new
book that I've heard is very good, with an accompanying CD...i think it's
meant for non-music reading beginners, but I'm not sure.  It's available
through Transcontinental.
