After checking through the Harvard On-Line Library System (HOLLIS), I came
across another recording:
Great synagogue composers, Vol.X [sound recording] Louis (Eliezer)
Lewandowski
Chicago : Musique Internationale, 1979. M7610 (LP)
All-Lewandowski recordings are not plentiful; however, many, many recordings
of Jewish choral/cantorial music contain recordings of individual pieces.
Outside of the Zemel choir's album, these are perhaps the best sources for
finding Lewandowski recordings.
Be well.
Judah.

Sue,
The only disc I have been able to find is a good one. The Olympia Label has
a disc by Robert Max and The Zemel Choir (an English group, not the Boston
ensemble) with Cantor Robert Brody. I ordered my disc through a mail-order
outfit called the Musical Heritage Society http://www.musicalheritage.com
.
Good Luck

On behalf of a good friend in Australia, I?d like some recommendations for
good cds of Lewandowski music. Can anyone help please? Suppliers would also
be useful.
Thanks in anticipation of a flood of replies!
