[HANASHIR:8138] Re: Tu B'Shevat



My elementary-school-age classes each year do Karen's song with a 
stadium-wave effect.  One group is walnuts, who are seated next to dates, 
next to grapes, and then come bananas.  They sing (or, more typically, 
shout) out their food as they stand with hands overhead, then sit back down. 
  Yup, it's fun and always a big hit.  With preschoolers, for whom this 
choreography is a bit too challenging, together they shout out bananas with 
my permission to "go a little bananas" with shakers.
