Abby,
Most music listings indicate whether or not it is straight vocals with 
chords, or vocals with keyboard accompaniement.   In my opinion, most vocal 
scores contain the vocal parts with keyboard accompaniement, as opposed to a 
separate instrumental score that can also be purchased .  As always, if there 
is any confusion, you can check with the vendor you are buying from. They 
should know the product, and can help you out.   I hope that this helps a 
little.  Good luck with your Purim Shpiel.  If it works out well for you, 
please let me know which one it is.  I might like to try it someday. : )
