Hey All,
This job posting came through my email account today, and I thought I'd
forward it along to the masses! If folks haven't heard of Camp Shwayder,
its a cool little UAHC Synagogue run summer camp in the Rocky Mountains,
with a long history of great music-loving staff and campers!

>Hello Jewish Songleaders!
>
>Our congregation's summer camp is in need of a songleader for summer of 2001:
>
>For more than 50 years, Shwayder Camp <http://www.shwayder.com> of
>Congregation Emanuel has offered each camper "a summer to build your life
>on." A Jewish summer camp high in the mountains - a summer filled with
>majestic scenery, phenomenal programming, a caring community and
>tremendous memories.
>
>Shwayder Camp <http://www.shwayder.com> is located at 10,200 feet in the
>beautiful Rocky Mountains, on the slopes of Mt. Evans. We have 240 acres
>of spectacular mountain forest. Summer time is spent amongst the towering
>pine trees and golden aspen groves of the Arapahoe National Forest, with
>snow capped summits and magnificent cliffs.
>
>A sanctuary for harmony and peace, Shwayder is one of the oldest Reform
>Jewish camps in the United States. Since 1948 we have been providing a
>unique Jewish living experience for generations of young campers. We have
>been teaching, leading, nurturing and inspiring young Jewish people. These
>are young people who become the active, involved, caring members of the
>Jewish community of the future.
>
>Shwayder is not just a camp for Jewish kids, it is a Jewish Camp. Our
>entire program revolves around Judaism from creative, daily services and a
>full Shabbat experience, to our thematic experiential education program.
>Every activity is grounded in our Judaic value system, a philosophy
>central to living a meaningful life. Our camp is a camp of "living Judaism."
