Sue, When you say the songs are going to be performed to/taught to the
parents of these hs kids, are they going to accompany themselves? Will you
accompany them and they will "lead?" Will they be able to use a CD backup?
If this is not a talented group, then I would suggest you provide some kind
of musical accompaniment for them. There's a lot of wonderful material out
there; but let me just say that if you're trying to appeal to high school
kids, with the type of material you are looking for, nothing will be THAT
easy, because of the words or form of the music. But it will be very
worthwhile. Check back with the list after you've provided this
information and we can suggest titles.
