To be really specific:

On their recording "Celestial Wedding", the group Sheva takes credit for 
arranging the song.  However, the liner notes indicate specifically that the 
lyrics and music were written by Moshe Ben Ari (a group member).  

Also, the song is very commonly referred to as Od Yavo. But on the same 
recording I just mentioned the song is titled Sallam.
