This is a touchy subject which I won't get into. However, if you're
looking for music try Zamir Publications. Josh Jacobson has written some
wonderful pieces. You can also try Hal Leonard where you'll find your
"typical token" pieces you describe. Transcontinental should have all of
Josh Jacobson's stuff, or at least tell you how to get them.
