I love Tom Chapin's Thanksgiving Day (does it count if the songwriter is
Jewish?)

The chorus goes:

Thanks for our home, thanks for our hearth
And the bounty that grows from the ground
With our loved ones near, we bless the year
That's brought us safely 'round.

The verses are how we've evolved from farmers to shoppers and now it is our
responsibility to help the hungry, the poor and the homeless, so all may be
able to say:
Thanks for our home....

You can find it on his "Mother Earth" tape/CD - it has wonderful songs on
it, as do all his CDs.
