Great song by Eileen McGann, Canadian folksinger Called somehting like "Man's
job" -- has words like "hey, honey whatcha doin in a man's job -- has a verse
about an abused woman covering up bruises with makeup. Part of the chorus is
(a sarcastic) "a man needs a job but a woman needs a man to protect her and
support her 'til the day that she dies."

I need a little help ... I've just been asked to sing at the annual "Take
Back the Night March" here. This is not a Jewish event. There will be a
speaker who is a survivor of domestic abuse. It always gets very emotional ...
any advice would be welcome
thanks
