[HANASHIR:6600] Re:The Unicorn - a different setting

Lessia Ben Sasson's Unicorn song is one of the most beautiful expressions of
faith I have ever heard. It played a part in a major epiphany in my life
many years ago. I was unaware choral and secular versions existed. Thanks,
Cantor Beckenstein, for pointing that out.

If you're unfamiliar with Lessia's music, pick up copies of her tapes. A lot
of interesting arrangements of standards, some pretty new tunes, and some
different English translations.

The titles I know of are

Prayer for Peace
Each and Every Miracle

and they are available through www.soundswrite.com (sorry, but I don't see
them in Tara's catalog anymore.)

I wonder if anyone knows what Lessia is up to these days? There is another
artist, apparently new age, using the same name with some new releases (not
Jewish, but spiritual) and I wonder if there is any connection?
